1. Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
All incoming materials are inspected.
Non-compliant items are returned for correction.
2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
Lines conduct self and patrol checks to verify component specs, function, and durability.
3. Final Quality Control (FQC)
FQC tests appearance and function before approved lots are labeled and stored.
4.1 Laboratory Reliability Testing (Cable)
Lab tests simulate real use - bending,
plug–unplug, tension, twist, thermal cycling, and real-device charging - to ensure reliability.
4.2 Laboratory Reliability Testing (Charger)
Visual, metal, load, charging, plug‑unplug, pull, drop, vibration, salt-spray aging and environmental tests ensure durability.
5. Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)
Document, appearance, functional, packaging, and environmental checks ensure accuracy and integrity before shipment.
